NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BrightSpire Capital, Inc. (NYSE: BRSP) ("BrightSpire Capital" or the "Company") today announced its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2023 and certain updates. The Company reported third quarter 2023 GAAP net income attributable to common stockholders of $12.4 million, or $0.09 per share, Distributable Earnings of $31.0 million, or $0.24 per share, and Adjusted Distributable Earnings of $35.8 million, or $0.28 per share. The Company reported GAAP net book value of $10.11 per share and undepreciated book value of $11.55 per share as of September 30, 2023.

Dividend Announcement
On September 14, 2023, the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share to holders of Class A common stock for the third quarter of 2023, which was paid on October 13, 2023, to common stockholders of record on September 30, 2023.
Previously, on June 16, 2023, the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share to holders of Class A common stock for the second quarter of 2023, which was paid on July 14, 2023, to common stockholders of record on June 30, 2023.
