(TSXV: JUMP) (OTCQB: JMPHF) (FSE: 75J) ("LevelJump" or the "Company"), a Canadian leader in B2B telehealth solutions, is pleased to announce that it has declared a quarterly dividend on its Class A Series 1 12% Cumulative Redeemable Convertible Non-Voting Preferred Shares (the "A-1 Preferred Shares").
The dividend is $0.03 per share and is payable to shareholders of record of the A-1 Preferred Shares as of September 30, 2023.

Appointment of MNP LLP as Auditor
The Company also wishes to announce that it has appointed MNP LLP as auditor of the Company, effective as of October 13, 2023. In connection with this change, the Company's previous auditors have confirmed there are no reportable disagreements with the Company within the meaning of NI 51-102.
A change of auditor reporting package prepared in accordance with NI 51-102 has been posted to SEDAR+. In addition, a copy of the package will be included with the next mailing of annual meeting materials.
