("NRP") announced today that they had acquired an aggregate of 750,000 common shares ("Common Shares") in the authorized capital of 1287409 B.C. Ltd. ("409" or, the "Corporation"). NRP acquired the securities on December 7, 2023 pursuant to the closing of a private placement of 750,000 Common Shares of the Corporation for gross proceeds of $75.00 (the "Acquisition").
Prior to the Acquisition, NRP did not hold any shares in 409. As a result of the Acquisition, NRP now holds 750,000 Common Shares, representing approximately 16.67% of the Corporation's issued and outstanding Common Shares.
NRP acquired the Common Shares under the offering for private investment purposes and may increase or decrease its beneficial ownership or control over securities of 409 as circumstances or market conditions warrant.
