Leuven, BELGIUM - January 17, 2024 - 7:00 PM CET Oxurion NV (Euronext Brussels: OXUR), a biopharmaceutical company headquartered in Leuven, today announced that, pursuant to Belgian Transparency legislation1 it has received a transparency notification as follows:
Oxurion received a transparency notification on January 16, 2024, from Atlas Special Opportunities, LLC indicating that as of January 9, 2024, it held 356,983,730 shares of the then outstanding 3,815,545,928 shares, and therefore crossed above the threshold (5%) by virtue of the acquisition of voting securities.
