("BrightSpring" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: BTSG) today marked its first day of trading on Nasdaq following the pricing of its initial public offering on January 25, 2024. The Company today announced that it will award approximately $100 million in restricted stock unit grants to approximately 20,000 full-time, tenured employees.
