(CSE: SAND) (the "Company" or "Silver Sands") announces that further to its news release on February 15, 2024, the Company has concluded its debt settlement transaction and issued an aggregate of 1,152,941 common shares in the capital of the Company at $0.085 per share to two directors and one consultant as full and final settlement of $98,000 in total indebtedness. All shares issued today will be subject to a four-month and one-day hold period expiring June 21, 2024.
