LONDON (dpa-AFX) - Marston's Plc (MARS.L), a British pub and hotel operator, said on Monday that its Chair, William Rucker, has informed the Board of his intention to step down with effect from July 8.
The company added that the nominations committee, led by Senior Independent Director, Octavia Morley, is overseeing a comprehensive search process to appoint a new chair to succeed Rucker.
