Admission to trading procedure initiated for bonds of Holm Bank AS

In accordance with the documents received, Nasdaq Tallinn has initiated
procedure to admit to trading the bonds of Holm Bank AS on the alternative
market First North. 

The resolutions of the Listing and Surveillance Committee made during the
listing procedure will be published separately.
