This number represents a small percentage of the companies that have adopted Temporal, with thousands more using it as freely available open source software. The co-founders of Temporal, Maxim Fateev and Samar Abbas, have been building on the concept of Durable Execution for almost 20 years while at AWS, Google, Microsoft and Uber.
