LOS ANGELES, April 22, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Viking Holdings Ltd ("Viking") today announced the launch of its initial public offering of 44,000,000 ordinary shares pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-1 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). Viking is offering 11,000,000 ordinary shares and the selling shareholders are offering 33,000,000 ordinary shares. In connection with the offering, the selling shareholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 6,600,000 ordinary shares to cover over-allotments. The initial public offering price is currently expected to be between $21.00 and $25.00 per ordinary share. Viking has applied to list its ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "VIK." The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
