VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / May 10, 2024 / Saville Resources Inc. (TSXV:SRE)(FSE:S0J) (the "Company") announce it has increased the proposed size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (see press release of May 1, 2024 for further details) to a new maximum of up to 20,000,000 units ("Units") at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000 (the "Offering"). Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $0.075 per share for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
The Company may pay finder's fees in connection with the Offering in accordance with applicable securities law and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"). The Company expects to use the net proceeds of the Offering for general corporate purposes and working capital.
The Offering remains subject to approval of the Exchange. All securities issued in connection with the Offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day. Insiders may participate in the Offering, but the extent of insider participation, if any, is unknown at this time.
