("Birchcliff") (TSX: BIR) is pleased to announce that at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on May 16, 2024 (the "Meeting"), shareholders elected all six of the proposed nominees listed in Birchcliff's information circular dated March 27, 2024 (the "Information Circular") and approved all other matters voted upon at the Meeting.
