Mr. Nguyen is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 15 years of experience in finance, reporting, regulatory requirements, public company administration, equity markets and the financing of publicly traded companies. Mr. Nguyen holds a degree from the University of British Columbia. He has served as a CFO and director for a number of TSX Venture Exchange and Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) listed companies over the past several years.
The appointment follows the departure of Ms. Sheri Rempel as the Company's CFO and Corporate Secretary effective immediately. Stamper would like to thank Ms. Rempel for her time and contributions made to the Company and wishes her well with her current and future endeavors.
