Through this MOU agreement, RATSENSE is appointed as a SIMPPLE Qualified Partner under the SIMPPLE Partner Ecosystem.
Under the MOU, SIMPPLE and RATSENSE will join forces to integrate pest management and control capabilities, thereby enabling a more robust and comprehensive facility management platform for building owners and building service contractors. Through SIMPPLE, data from RATSENSE combined with task assignments will be made available to end-users where we can then expect enhanced operational efficiency and reduced costs of maintaining a healthier and safer environment. This MOU also allows the parties to negotiate the terms and conditions of a definitive agreement between RATSENSE and SIMPPLE to cross-sell each Party's product and services and secure a stronger foothold in existing overseas markets.
