("NexgenRx" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the issuance of an aggregate of 195,312 common shares at a price of $0.32 in respect of the fourth quarterly equity payment under the Company's previously announced Consulting Agreement with PBM Management Services (for details, see the Company's news release dated August 21, 2023), as all services required in respect of such payments have been provided in full. The foregoing consulting services will be recorded and disclosed in the Company's financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2024. The foregoing shares are subject to a statutory four-month hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws, which will expire on November 19, 2024.
