Dba Super Fresh Foods (OTCMARKETS: GSPT) (the "Company") has concluded a corporate action with an effective date of July 25, 2024, as announced today by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") changing its name to Food Culture Inc. and concluding a reverse split of 1 new share for each 150 pre-split shares held. The Company's current symbol "GSPT" will reflect the addition of a "D" for 20 days commencing July 25, 2024, after which, a new trading symbol will be reflected. The Company will be advised of the approved symbol 24 hours prior to effect and has requested "FUDI", if available.
