Further to the announcement published on 24 January 2024, Metro Bank Holdings PLC announces that Jaime Gilinski Bacal
will join the Board as a Non-executive Director effective from 2 September 2024.
This announcement is made pursuant to UKLR 6.4.7R. The Company confirms that there are no other matters requiring
