Saipem, an Italian oilfield services provider, has developed an offshore floating PV platform in collaboration with its Norwegian unit, Moss Maritime. From pv magazine Italy Italian gas contractor Saipem has deployed a new offshore floating solar array near Froya Island in the Norwegian Sea, close to Trondheim.
