Amnode AB has received conditional approval for listing on NGM

Amnode AB ("Amnode") has received conditional approval for listing on Nordic SME at the Nordic Growth Market. The first trading day is expected to be October 15, 2024.

Amnode is an industrial group. The group consists of several industrial companies, each with a specialized business focus. Amnode is a full-service supplier and partner to several players in the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) industry, as well as other industrial and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) customers. The services include hot forging, die casting, machining, and automatic turning. The customers are located throughout the Nordic market, and the company is headquartered in Stockholm.

The listing decision is conditional on the company fulfilling the formal listing requirement that no new information arises that affects the company's compliance with the listing requirements.

Shareholders in Amnode will not need to take any action due to the change of marketplace.
