Oxurion received a transparency notification on October 24, 2024, from Atlas Special Opportunities, LLC indicating that as of October 23, 2024, it held 383,105 shares of the then outstanding 2,002,550 shares, and therefore crossed under the threshold (20%) by virtue of the sale of voting securities.
