(Nasdaq: TTGT) today announced that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") has declared effective the registration statement on Form S-4 (as amended, the "Registration Statement") filed with the SEC related to TechTarget's proposed strategic combination with the digital businesses of Informa's Informa Tech division previously announced on January 10, 2024 (the "Proposed Transaction"). TechTarget has also filed with the SEC the definitive Proxy Statement/Prospectus for its special meeting of stockholders (the "Special Meeting"), to, among other things, approve the Proposed Transaction.
