BlackRock has notified Noble on December 9, 2024 that, as of December 6, 2024, BlackRock's holdings of indirect shares and voting rights in Noble as well as other financial instruments according to Section 39(2)(1) of the Danish Capital Markets Act corresponded to 6.66% the total share capital and voting rights of Noble (divided between 7,294,117 shares and voting rights according to Section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act corresponding to 4.54% of the total share capital and voting rights of Noble and 3,396,226 other financial instruments according to Section 39(2)(1) of the Danish Capital Markets Act corresponding to 2.11% of the total share capital and voting rights of Noble).
