Gofore updates its long-term financial targets - Changes in Group Executive Team
The Board of Directors of Gofore Plc has today as part of its strategy process decided on Gofore's updated long-term financial targets, as well as changes to the Group Executive Team.
Long-term financial targets
Gofore's growth strategy aims to reach 500 million euros in net sales by 2030, while maintaining the company's capability to deliver strong profitability at 15% adjusted EBITA level. Gofore seeks to continue organically outperforming market growth. At least half of the company's total growth is expected to be organic. Gofore's dividend policy continues to be paying a minimum of 40% of its net profit in dividends.
Changes in the Group Executive Team
Elja Kirjavainen has been appointed to lead the business in Finland. Kirjavainen will also continue as a substitute to the Group CEO Mikael Nylund. Marc Fuchs continues to lead the DACH business.

Director of sales and customer value Riikka Vilminko-Heikkinen, director of industrial digitalisation Harri Laukkanen and director of digital quality assurance Miika Nurminen continue in other management positions in the Gofore Group but will leave the Group Executive Team. The director of digital services Juha Virtanen is leaving the company after a successful 18-year Gofore career.
Background for the changes
Gofore's Board of Directors has worked on the new strategy together with the Group leadership and personnel during the autumn. Changes to the strategy are intended for enabling strong growth in the coming years while maintaining the company's good profitability. The company will continue along the lines of the previous strategy and add new growth areas and means it has recognised in the strategy work, to enhance the value creation, offering, and employee experience of the company.
The updated strategy will be announced in the company's Capital Markets Day on 16 January 2025.
As part of the strategy work, Gofore has begun redesigning its organisation and developing its corporate culture together with its personnel. The new organisation, including the Group Executive Team structure, is of a customer-centric nature as opposed to the previous capability-based structure. Strategic geographical choices continue to be Finland and the DACH area, according to which the new organisation is also designed.
As planned, the change negotiations that were needed to redesign the organisation and announced on 24 October 2024, did not lead to a decision to reduce headcount.
Capital Markets Day 16 January 2025
Gofore will present its updated strategy in a Capital Markets Day in Helsinki and in a livestream on 16 January 2025. The invitation and instructions on how to enroll are published separately today, 19 December 2024.
