Finnair Plc Stock Exchange Release 14 February 2025 at 9:00 a.m. EET
Kristian Pullola, Finnair's CFO, has announced that he will leave the company.
"Kristian and his team have played a key role in Finnair systematically recovering its balance sheet and building its profitability strategy in an operating environment affected by the pandemic and Russia's war of aggression", says Turkka Kuusisto, Finnair CEO. "On behalf of the entire leadership team, I would like to warmly thank Kristian for his significant contribution and systematic and visionary approach to strengthening Finnair's financial position and preparing the ground for the new strategy period", Kuusisto says.
The recruitment of a new CFO has begun, and Kristian Pullola will continue actively in his current role, until he leaves Finnair by 12 August 2025 at the latest.
"These two and a half years at Finnair have been extremely rewarding. It has been a privilege to be part of a great team working together to build Finnair's future, and at the same time ensuring the preservation and development of excellent air connections to the world for Finns", says Kristian Pullola. "Finnair is now well positioned to build the next phase in its more than century-long history."
