TORONTO, Feb. 27, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nobel Resources Corp. (TSX - V: NBLC) (the "Company" or "Nobel") is pleased to announce that its common shares (the "Nobel Shares") will recommence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") on March 3, 2025. Trading of the Nobel Shares on the TSXV has been halted since the Company announced it had entered into option agreements to acquire a Chilean copper portfolio in Antofagasta Region, Chile (the "Transaction"). Please refer to the Company's press release dated January 6, 2025 for further details regarding the Transaction.
The Company has submitted a draft NI 43-101 technical report for the Cuprita project, the cornerstone property in the Transaction, to the TSXV and is working to satisfy the TSXV's conditions to close the Transaction.
