
OTTAWA, ON / ACCESS Newswire / March 3, 2025 / Focus Graphite Inc. (TSX.V:FMS)(OTCQB:FCSMF)(FSE:FKC) ("Focus" or the "Company"), announced today the closing of the first tranche of the previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") on February 5, 2025, for gross proceeds of up to $500,000. The Company issued 4,650,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.10 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share (a "Common Share") in the capital of the Company and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant") of the Company. Each whole Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one Common Share (a "Warrant Share") at an exercise price per Warrant Share of $0.20 for a period of 36 months from the date of issue.
The Common Shares, Warrants, Finders Warrants and Warrant Shares will have a hold period of four months and one day until June 29, 2025.
The net proceeds of this financing will be used to maintain the Company's existing operations and general working capital requirements that includes funding the new strategic direction to advance the battery technology and the development and application of advanced materials.
