Clean Vision Corporation: Clean-Seas West Virginia Begins Construction of Plastic-to-Clean Fuel Facility in West Virginia

Finanznachrichten News

LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESS Newswire / March 10, 2025 / Clean Vision Corporation (OTCQB:CLNV) ("Clean Vision" or the "Company"), an emerging leader in innovative plastic conversion and clean fuel development, is proud to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Clean-Seas West Virginia, (CSWV) has completed the financing for its pioneering clean energy project in Belle, West Virginia. With $15 million of funding from Huntington National Bank, the company has begun construction of its first Plastic Conversion Network (PCN) facility in the US, designed to transform waste plastic into clean fuels including clean hydrogen.

The Belle facility will launch with an initial processing capacity of 50 tons per day (tpd) and has the potential to expand beyond 200 tpd. This milestone marks a significant step forward in sustainable energy and environmental stewardship while contributing to the creation of green jobs in the Kanawha Valley.

Clean Seas West Virginia has already purchased the necessary equipment, with deliveries expected in the summer of 2025. Commissioning of the facility is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025. In preparation, retrofitting of the 60,000-square-foot main building began on March 1st, with modifications to accommodate feedstock pre-processing, advanced pyrolysis reactors, clean fuel storage, an on-site chemical lab for analysis of its Plastic Pyrolysis Oil (PPO) and administrative offices.

Construction and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services are being managed by UPS Industrial Services and the project is proceeding as scheduled, on time, and within budget.

This initiative underscores Clean Seas West Virginia's commitment to environmentally responsible energy solutions and economic development in the region. By transforming plastic feedstock into a valuable clean fuel resource, the facility will play a key role in reducing the environmental impact of plastic pollution while driving job creation in West Virginia.
