Den 2 januari 2025 gavs aktierna i Intrum AB ("Bolaget") observationsstatus med hänvisning till att Bolaget avsåg att ansöka om företagsrekonstruktion vid Stockholms tingsrätt.
Den 15 april 2025, offentliggjorde Bolaget ett pressmeddelande med information om att Stockholms tingsrätt hade fastställt Bolagets rekonstruktionsplan.
Med hänvisning till det ovanstående beslutar Nasdaq Stockholm AB att observationsstatusen för aktierna i Intrum AB (INTRUM, ISIN-kod SE0000936478, orderboks-ID 18962) ska tas bort.
On January 2, 2025, the shares in Intrum AB (the "Company") were given observation status with reference to the Company's intention to apply for company reorganisation with the Stockholm District Court.
On April 15, 2025, the Company published a press release with information that the Stockholm District Court had confirmed the Company's reorganisation plan.
With reference to the above, Nasdaq Stockholm AB decides that the observation status for the shares in Intrum AB (INTRUM, ISIN code SE0000936478, order book ID 18962) shall be removed.
